Karim A. Rasul Launched Record Label, Lo-Key Music Group

Smoke & Mirrors artist compilation album is set to be one of the first releases under the new record label.

(July 20, 2020, New York, New York) Karim A. Rasul is the President and CEO of the newly established, Lo-Key Music Group. A seasoned entrepreneur with an expertise in artist management, Karim is no stranger to the entertainment industry with over 20 years of experience under his belt. He has played a pivotal role in the careers of Nocturnal (EPMD), Half A Mill (The Firm), Her Sanity (Motown/Universal), Rowdy Rahz (Queen Latifah), Audrey Rose (DJ Suss One) & more. He is set to debut the first artist compilation album this Fall under Lo-Key Music Group which will feature music from the artist currently signed to his label. 

With its inception, Lo-Key Music Group, will operate as an entity under Karim’s Lo-Key Entertainment Group LLC which produces concerts, events, comedy shows as well as a boutique management company for Artists, DJ’s & Producers. Under this label, he’s working with Altrina Renee (R&B/Soul), Money Zoe (Afrobeats/Hip Hop), Nocturnal (Hip Hop), Pappy Natson (Hip Hop), Power Black (Hip Hop), R.O.B.B. (Hip Hop), Rowdy Rahz (Hip Hop) & Tattedupbroc (Hip Hop). As an introduction to his label and artists, Karim will be releasing Smoke & Mirrors which is a compilation album featuring the current client roster of Lo-Key Music Group. The first single to be released from the compilation will be “It’s Work Not Luck” by Tattedupbroc & Money Zoe.
